Interacting with parents
We involve the parents at every important stage, instead of the routine approach of parent teacher meetings. Any specific aspect concerning a student is brought to the notice of the parents and discussed, be it positive e.g., an exceptional ability for instance – in mathematics, or negative e.g., an unduly aggressive behavior.
This proactive approach enables both nipping of a negative trait in the bud, and identifying a special talent at an early stage. All this enables the students to explore their minds and discover their own self to acquire skills.
